Julia is the person that found her mom's body and made the phone call to the police, she was married to a man named William Balfour who's twenty-seven and the step-father of Julian and husband of Julia.He was held for questioning to see if he knew anything about the murder of Julian King and they found out that Julian wasn't with Balfour when he was held up for questioning.He was later moved to prison on a parole violation and the Department of Corrections saw that he had spent seven years
